I’ve been lucky enough to meet the boys multiple times throughout my career. They have been on the brink of success multiple times, but it always seems to escape them when they can almost touch it. It’s not a lack of talent, because they just have an abundance of it. It’s sheer bad luck or maybe the world just isn’t ready for them.

They were cool long before Joost Klein and had floorfillers like ‘Ik ben om te kotsen’ with illustrious lines like

‘Ik versier uw moeder. Misschien word ik uw vader wel, dus wees maar op uw hoede.’

Who doesn’t remember the amazing performance on the tv show? ‘Poepe’ went viral in every part of the Dutch speaking territorium.

Ballen

The boys asked me to do their shoot for the single ‘Ballen’ in Pretland, Hasselt, also known as Stinkland. We went to the ballpit, kicked out all those noisy, crying ankle biters and put some men in there.

Took about 5 minutes before we were thrown out, but we still managed to get the shot!
